The Oma Forest in a Joëlette wheelchair
An activity for groups or families where one or two of their members have motor difficulties or visual problems and who wish to discover the fantastic Oma Forest, a listed place of Basque cultural heritage.
We will use Joëlette wheelchairs enabling a closer look at the nature, history and culture of our country for all people, opening the way to places not previously accessible.
This activity will leave from the Lezika restaurant. After visiting the works painted by Ibarrola, we will return through the valley giving its name to this forest, converted into a work of art. The Oma Forest also goes by the name of Painted or Charmed Forest.
It is a hugely original and different work which also offers a beautiful visit.
This is a unique opportunity for people with some kind of functional diversity to enjoy one of the Basque icons and tourist attractions. A sympathetic, friendly, fun, accessible and inclusive experience.
